II. George Leonard Payne, b. at Gibson, Penn., 16 Dec. 1842; married at Harford, Penn., 13 Sept. 1870, Loudica May Grinnell, who died at Harford, 15 July 1871, and was buried there. He enlisted, 15 Sept. 1862, in the 17th Reg. of Penn. Cavalry, and served till the end of the war.
