Y., 5 Feb. 1861, Joseph Wilmont Cornell, a carpenter, son of Clark and Mary (Spencer) Cornell, of Clinton, Penn., where he was born 7 June 1825. They dwelt at Brooklyn for three years; at Clinton, one year and a half; and, in 1867, settled at Middletown, N. Y., where they were still living in Nov. 1875.

VII. Emma Augusta Whitney, b. in Bridge Street, near Whitehall, New York, 14 Sept. 1845; married at Tompkinsville, Staten Island, N. Y., 16 Aug. 1862, Edward Wisdom, a merchant, son of William and Mary (Warren) Wisdom, who were living at 380 Court Street, Brooklyn, N. Y., in Dec. 1875. He was born at Cleveland, Ohio, 14 Feb. 1841. They dwelt at Brooklyn till Oct 1863; at Montreal, C. W., till Nov. 1865; at Philadelphia, Penn., till Sept. 1868; and then moved to Chicago, Ill., where they were still living in Dec. 1875, at 151 South Peoria Street, his business being at 20 South Canal Street.
