She married, 7 Dec 1763, Ebenezer Hartwell, son of Ebenezer and Rachel (Farnsworth) Hartwell. He was born 21 Apr 1736, Groton, MA.

i.	Molly Hartwell, b. 27 Oct 1764.
ii.	Lucy Hartwell, b. 14 May 1766.
