He was a victualer of Wapping, London, England and in 1637 was involved in a case with Richard Badelow.[1]
He was probably the Francis Whitney who witnessed the will of George Mitchelborne of Wapping, St Mary Whitechapel, Middlesex, citizen and merchantaylor.[2]
