My name is Richard James Whitney born February 9, 1936 in Jaro, Iloilo, Philippines. I am the fifth child of Francis A. Whitney and Coronacion Patriarca Whitney. I am the brother of Jean and Grace Whitney who were mentioned by "Kiko" Whitney. I understand Kiko is looking for his biological mother.
