Abigail E. Whitney (Benjamin B., Thomas G., Ephraim, Moses, Ephraim, Moses, Moses, Richard, John ), was born 08 26 1849, Gray, ME, and died 10 17 1899, Gray, ME.
She married 02 08 1874, Naples, ME, Ozias Granville Blake, son of Ozias and Jane Banks (Boynton) Blake. He was born 02 08 1845, Brownfield, ME, and died 02 05 1919, Falmouth, ME. He had resided 17 years in Falmouth prior to his death.
Ozias G. Blake was married three times. He married first Matilda Hamilton, 09 1866 in Gray, ME. She was born Feb 1843 and d. 7 Dec 1870. They had one child:
John M. Blake, b. 9 Dec 1869, probably in Gray, ME.
Ozias m. thirdly, Rebecca Delana Whitney Welch, the sister of Abigail E. Whitney. They had no children. Ozias was a Civil War veteran, and both he and Rebecca received a pension from the U.S. government.
Ozias, Matilda, and Abigail Blake are buried in the Gray Village Cemetery in Gray, ME. Rebecca (Whitney) Blake is buried in the Riverside Cemetery, East Raymond, ME.
