He married, 3 Jan 1814, Harvard, MA, Melinda Wetherbee,[3] daughter of Jonathan and Abigail (Farwell) Wetherbee. She was born 28 July 1793, Harvard, MA, and died 4 May 1847, Harvard, MA, aged 50 years, of consumption, or aged 53 years.[4]
