Otis Whitney

Otis7 Whitney (James6, Ezra5, James4, John3, Jonathan2, John1), son of James6 and Clarissa (Gould) Whitney, was born 19 Apr 1821,[1] Craftsbury, VT, and died 27 Feb 1907, Milford, MA, aged 85 years 10 months 8 days, of valvular disease of the heart.[2]

Marriage intentions were published 19 Aug 1843, Milford, MA, for him and Joanna W. Howard.[3] He married firstly, 5 Nov 1843, Joanna Wedge Howard, daughter of Newell and Sarah (Warfield) Howard. She was born 7 Mar 1825,[4] and died 12 or 14 Oct 1871, Milford, MA, aged 46 years 7 months 7 days, of congestion of the lungs.[5]

He married secondly, 13 Jun 1872, Milford or Worcester, MA, Medora Albee, daughter of Able and Abigail (Partridge) Albee.[6] She was born 13 Jun 1832,[7] Milford, MA, and died after 1880.

He was a carpenter, and resided 74 Grove St., Milford, MA.
