George H. B.8 Whitney (Phineas7, Levi6, Abel5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Phineas7 and Hannah B. (Lowell) Whitney, was born about 1855, Portland, ME, or East Boston, MA, and died after 1900.

He, of Kingston, married firstly, 11 Oct 1885, Kingston, MA, or 14 Oct 1885, Randolph, MA, Addie Florence Morton, of Randolph, daughter of Frank and Angeline (Lapham) Morton.[1] She was born about 1867, Randolph, MA, and died 30 Jun 1886, Randolph, MA, aged 18 years 8 months 12 days, of puerperal convulsions.[2]

He, of Watertown, married secondly, 18 Nov 1887, Chelsea, MA [also recorded at Watertown, MA], Mary E. Long, of Chelsea, daughter of James A. and Eliza (-----) Long.[3] She was born about 1859, Chelsea, MA,[4] and died after 1900.

i. Addison F. Whitney, b. 29 Jun 1886, Randolph, MA;[5] d. 3 Aug 1886, Randolph, MA, aged 1 month 5 days, of marasmus.[6]
