NicholasB Whitney (BenjaminB, ThomasC) son of BenjaminB and Mary (King) Whitney, was born say 1725, and died before 4 Nov 1794, when will proved.

He married, 19 May 1750, by license, Catherine Gore, daughter of Nicholas Gore, of Tulleyanna, co. Wexford.

He was styled "of Old Ross."

His will, dated 10 Dec 1771, was proved 4 Nov 1794.

Children of NicholasB and Catherine (Gore) Whitney (order of sons correct, order of daughters correct, but overall order uncertain):

i. NicholasA Whitney, of Old Ross; d. bef. administration, 28 Jun 1785; m. Alithea Whitney, dau. of Thomas Whitney, of Bush Park, d. 1 Oct 1835. She m.(2) Thomas Whitney of Merton.
a. Nicholas Whitney, Lieut. 16th Regt., d. unm. 1810. Will dated 2 Nov., 1808, proved 20 Dec. 1820.
