Theodore7 Whitney (Thomas6, Ezekiel5, James4, Henry3, John2, Henry1), son of Thomas6 and Malvina Minerva (Harvey) Whitney, was born 28 Oct 1833, Hunter, NY, and died after 1900 and before 1910.
He married, 24 May 1869, Catskill, NY, Rebecca Halenbeck, daughter of Caspar O. and Christina (-----) Halenbeck. She was born Athens, NY, and died after 1910.
Phoenix says the following:
- ". . . a mason and stone-cutter . . . . He served in Co. A, First Reg., N.Y. Cavalry, in the war of 1861. They were living at Athens in Sept. 1875."
