Notes

A descendant's DNA test results match 25 of 25 locations to the "signature" DNA profile of immigrant John Whitney, indicating that Chauncey Whitney was a descendant.

Note that Triangle and Lisle are only 7 miles apart, with Whitney Point, NY between them.

In 1820, he was listed just two lines away from Family:Whitney, Asa (1742-a1820) in the census (which had been alphabetized by initial letter of given name). Was he perhaps a younger son of this man?
