Justus5 Whitney (Daniel4, Richard3, John2, Henry1), son of Daniel4 and Hester (Clawson) Whitney, was baptized 12 Jun 1757, Stamford, CT, and died 1818, Stamford, CT, of consumption.
He married, 2 Jul 1781, Stamford, CT, Nancy Lines,[1] daughter of David and Mary (Cheson) Lines. She was born 28 Feb 1757, Stamford, CT, and died 1817, Stamford, CT, of consumption.
Phoenix says the following:
- Justus Whitney, bap. at Stamford, 12 June 1757; married by "Charles Webb, Esq.," in Stamford, 2 July 1781, to Nancy Lines, born in Stamford, 28 Feb. '757, dau. of David and Mary (Cheson) Lines, who were married in Stamford, 14 Jan. 1747-8. They settled in Stamford, and there died of consumption; she, in 1817; he, one year later.
