Carlos Alvin9 Whitney (Edward8, Asa Watrous7, Milton6, Asa5, Joshua4, William3, Joshua2, John1), son of Edward8 and Celia Adelaide (Spicer) Whitney, was born 6 Aug 1878, Pittsfield, OH, and died 23 Jun 1955, Chicago, IL.
He married firstly, 10 Aug 1899, Lorain, OH, Ida Ladell Worcester of Oberlin, OH, daughter of Edward and Edith (Carter) Worcester.
He married secondly, 31 Oct 1809, Ashland, OH, Alice May Dirlam, daughter of Martin and Melvina (Gould) Dirlam.
Carlos is buried in Cedar Park Cemetery in Calumet Park, IL -- same cemetery as cousin Robert Neville Whitney.
