Luke Whitney (ThomasC), son of ThomasC and Rebecca (-----) Whitney), was born say 1715, and died Apr 1771. His will, dated 7 April, 1771, was proved 18 April following.

He married, 1743, Margaret -----. She died 1752.

He was styled "of Mistereen, co. Wexford."

Children of Luke and Margaret (-----) Whitney:

i. Thomas Whitney, b. say 1750; m. 1790, Alithea (Whitney) Whitney.
ii. John Whitney, b. say 1755; m. Anne Whitney.
iii. Mary Whitney, m. 11 May 1778, John Cullimore.
iv. Margaret Whitney, d. unm., and was bur. 31 Dec 1803. Her will, dated 18 Jan 1800, was proved 29 March, 1804.
