Perley6 Whitney (Joseph5, Joshua4, Cornelius3, Joshua2, John1), son of Joseph5 and Anna (Ames) Whitney, was born about 1786, and died 14 Jun 1818, Granville, NY.
He married, before 1810, Zeruiah Gould, daughter of Ebenezer and Rhoda (Robbins) Gould. She was born 30 Aug 1787, Granville, NY, and died 5 Jun 1841. She married secondly, Nov 1821, Noe Duel, son of Ezra and Deborah (Stark) Duel, born 15 Mar 1797, Hebron, NY, and died 14 Jul 1836, South Granville, NY.
