III. Alonzo Deyo, b. at Newfield, N. Y., 30 June 1835; a teacher and farmer; married at Caton Centre, N. Y., 3 Oct. 1860, Charlotte Maria Cooper, dau. of Anson and Betsey (Caulkins) Cooper, of Caton. She was born at Corning, N. Y., 13 May 1842. They settled at Caton Centre, and were living there in Dec. 1875. He has been justice of the peace, and supervisor of Caton.

IV. James Lewis Deyo, b. at Newfield, N. Y., 17 Ap. 1838; a teacher; married at Caton, N. Y., 6 July 1862, Luana Davenport, dau. of Henry and Lydia Ann (White) Davenport, of Caton. She was born at Dryden, N. Y., in Ap. 1842, and died in July 1866. He died without children, 12 Aug. 1863, at Caton, and was buried there.

V. Eunice Deyo, b. at Newfield, N. Y., 14 July 1840; married at Caton, N. Y., Horace Edwin Gilbert, a physician and surgeon, born at Guilford, N. Y., 2 Sept. 1837, son of William D. Gilbert. She died without children, 21 Nov. 1859, at Caton, and was buried there. He dwelt at Coney Island, near Fortress Monroe, Va., and died there, 3 July 1863.
