1762 V. George Salmon, b. at Turin, N. Y., 13 Ap. 1802; married in Jan. 1828, at West Turin, N. Y., Jemima Crandall, who died 13 Nov. 1838. He died 1 Aug. 1839, and was buried near his wife, in West Martinsburgh, N. Y. They have one child living in Michigan.
1763 VI. Jervas Salmon, b. at Turin, N. Y., 22 May 1804; and was living there in June 1877, unmarried. He is a dealer in cattle.
1764 VII. Mary Ann Salmon, b. at Turin, N. Y., 22 May 1806; married in July 1837, at West Turin, N. Y., by her brother, Elder Martin Salmon, to James Madison Henry. She died, 18 Jan. 1847, at West Martinsburgh, N. Y., and was buried there. 5730a

1765 I. Elizabeth Benedict, b. at Pawling, N. Y., 14 Dec. 1792; married, 26 Feb. 1815, Elijah Salmon, a farmer, son of Beverly and Sally (Uller), Salmon, of Turin, formerly of Dutchess Co., N; Y., where he was born, 26 Feb. 1790. They settled in Turin, N. Y., and there died (he, 26 May 1824; she, 8 Sept. 1829), and were buried in Turin Cemetery. He served in the war of 1812. 5731
1766 II. Mary Benedict, b. at Pawling, N. Y., 22 May 1794; died, 18 Ap. 1818, at Turin, N. Y.
1767 III. Henry Benedict, b. at Pawling, N. Y., 1 Feb. 1796; died 6 Sept. 1869.
1768 IV. James Benedict, b. at Pawling, N. Y., 27 Nov. 1797; a farmer; married, 11 Oct. 1842, at Lowville, N. Y., Jeanette Ann Doig, dau. of Andrew and Polly (Thompson) Doig, of Lowville, N. Y., where she was born 10 Ap. 1816. They settled at Turin, N. Y., and were living there in Jan. 1877. He served in the war of 1812. 5734
1769 V. Ebenezer Benedict, b. at Turin, N. Y., 12 Feb. 1801; a farmer; married, 27 Sept. 1827, at Turin, Candace Clark, who was born, 29 July 1810, in Vermont, dau. of John and Susanna (Bacon) Clark. They settled at Turin, where he died, 21 Jan. 1870. 5737
