buried in Union Hill Cemetery, at Gibson. She married (2d), at Rush, Penn., 15 Nov. 1862, Marshal Leet Ball, who was born at Forest Lake, Penn., 27 Dec. 1831, son of George Warner and Mariette (Stone) Ball.1 They settled at Birchardville, Penn., and were living there in 1873. She has had no children by the second marriage.
3838 IV. Eliza Ann Pickering, b. at Gibson, Penn., 29 Ap. 1831; died there, 29 Ap. 1833, and was buried in Union Hill Cemetery.
3839 V. Charles Franklin Pickering, b. at Gibson, Penn., 23 Ap. 1833.
3840 VI. Eliza Ann Pickering, b. at Gibson, Penn., 7 May 1835; died there, 1 Jan. 1861, and was buried in Union Hill Cemetery.
3841 VII. Sarah Jane Pickering, b. at Gibson, Penn., 27 Dec. 1837; married by Rev. Alva Fish, Free Baptist, 25 Nov. 1854, James M. Craft, who served for four years and two months, in Battery A, 1st Penn. Light Artillery, during the war of 1861. 10359

3844 I. Franklin Decatur Case, b. at Preston, Penn., 4 May 1825; a sewing-machine agent; married at Great Bend, Penn., 2 Nov. 1856, by Rev. J. B. McCreary, Presbyterian, to Sally Elizabeth Markham, who was born at Windsor, N. Y., 1 Nov. 1839, dau. of Calvin and Roxa Ann (Fish) Markham.2 They settled at Great Bend; and in Aug. 1866, removed to 10362
  1 George Warner Ball died 2 March 1859, and his widow was still living at Forest Lake when her son married.
  2 Calvin Markham and wife moved from Windsor, N.Y., to Great Bend, Penn.; thence to Liberty, in the same County; and from there to Charlotte, Iowa, where they were living in 1874.
