She married (2d), at Milford, Conn., 2 June 1874, Cornelius Fellowes, born at Louisville, Ky., 8 March 1840, son of William and Caroline (Davis) Fellowes; and resided at 570 Fifth Ave., New York, in Sept. 1877.

5280 I. William Whitney, b. at Morristown, N. J., 11 Aug. 1844; died in London, Eng., 19 July 1869, unmarried, and was buried in the Whitney chapel, Greenwood Cemetery.
5281 II. Eweretta Constable Whitney, b. at Morristown, N. J., 27 Feb. 1846; and was living with her mother, unmarried, in Sept. 1877.
5282 III. Stephen Suydam Whitney, b. at Morristown, N. J., 11 Aug. 1847; married there, 11 June 1867, Josephine Thomson, dau. of Joseph and Mary (Burns) Thomson. He resided at Morris Plains, near Morristown, in Sept. 1877. 13142
5283 IV. Mary Stuart Whitney, b. at Morristown, N. J., 27 May 1849; married in New York, 15 Ap. 1869, Joseph Frederic Kernochan, son of Joseph and Margaret (Seymour) Kernochan. He graduated at Yale College in 1863, and at Columbia Law School, New York, in 1865; and was a lawyer, at 63 Wall St., New York, in Sept. 1877. They then resided at 11 East 26th St., in the same city, passing the Summer months at their country-seat in Newport, R. I. 13146
5284 V. James McVickar Whitney, b. at Morristown, N. J., 10 Oct. 1852; died there 29 Ap. 1853, and was buried in the vault beneath the Whitney chapel, Greenwood Cemetery.

5285 I. Ferdinand Whitney Suydam, b. at 3 Bowling Green, New York, the residence of his paternal grandfather, 10 Sept. 1842; was living at Westfield, Mass., in Sept. 1877, unmarried.

5286 I. Alfred Whitney, b. at Birmingham, Conn., 25 July 1840; died at Derby, Conn., 4 Nov. 1859, and was buried in the Birmingham Cemetery.
