p. 337, P2610: This Samuel Whitney was not son of Silas Whitney, since Silas's son Samuel was still residing in Clarendon, VT in 1800. Instead he was son of Aaron⁵ and Margaret (Cornet) Whitney, born 23 May 1764, Uxbridge, MA.
