Family:Morse, William (1777-1853)

William Morse (Samuel, Huldah³ Whitney, Benjamin², John¹), son of Samuel and Mary (Rice) Morse, was born 17 Mar 1777, Northborough or Salisbury, MA,^[1] and died 21 Jun 1853, Rumford, ME.^[2]

He married, 13 Aug 1800, Northborough, MA, Sally Wood, daughter of William and Susannah (How) Wood. She was born 16 Dec 1780, Westborough, MA, and died 9 Feb 1865.

i.	Merrick Morse, b. 1 May 1801, Northborough, MA
ii.	Clarendon Morse, b. 24 Sep 1803, Northborough, MA.
iii.	Marcus Morse, b. 13 Aug 1804, Northborough, MA.
iv.	Jesse Morse, baptized 14 Jun 1807, Northborough, MA.
v.	Azubah Morse, baptized 14 Jun 1807, Northborough, MA; b. circa 1818, Rumford, ME. She was also known as Zubah Morse.
vi.	Nahum Ball Morse, baptized 19 Jul 1807, Northborough, MA.
vii.	William Munroe Morse, b. 1816, Rumford, ME; d. 8 Aug 1868; m. circa 1843, Betsey Elliott.
