Isaac Whitney Shumway (Judith⁴ Whitney, Isaac³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Nathan and Judith⁴ (Whitney) Shumway, was born 12 Oct 1761, Belchertown, MA,^[1] and died 30 Dec 1849, Palmyra, NY.^[2]

He married 8 Dec 1785, Patience Pratt. She was born 1 Nov 1755, Belchertown, MA, and died 5 Sep 1814.

vi.	Clarissa Shumway, b. 30 Jan 1798; d. 1852 or 1853, Fairport, NY; m. 1 Oct 1820, West Schuyler, NY, , or Monroe Co., NY, Milton Budlong.
