Allen E.7 Whitney (Horace6, Jonathan5, Matthias4, Cornelius3, Joshua2, John1), son of Horace6 and Eliza (Swallow) Whitney, was born 10 Apr 1841, OH, and died 7 May 1915, Berkshire, OH. He is buried in the Burnside Cemetery, Galena, OH.[1]

He married firstly, 5 Jun 1862, Delaware Co., OH, Pruella J. Roberts, daughter of John and Phebe R. (-----) Roberts. She was born about 1841, OH, and died after 1880.

He married secondly, 23 Dec 1890, Delaware Co., OH, Elizabeth Burnside. She died between 1900 and 1910.
