Family:Whitney, Charles Clement (1846-a1900)

Charles Clement⁸ Whitney (Isaac John⁷, Isaac⁶, Samuel⁵, Samuel⁴, Nathaniel³, John², John¹), son of Isaac John⁷ and Martha Ann (Rowell) Whitney, was born 12 Apr 1846, Clarkson, NY, and died after 1900.

He married, 2 Sep 1873, Wolcottville, CT, Marion Maria Brooker, daughter of Chester and Phebe Ann (Smith) Brooker. She was born 17 Apr 1847, Wolcottville, CT, and died after 1910.

He lived for one year in Sedalia, MO; settled in Kansas City, MO, in 1869; and established there the River View Nursery, which he was still conducting in 1874.
