He married, 3 May 1764, Norwich, CT, "Mrs." Jane Johnson, "both of Norwich",[1] parentage and birth unknown. She apparently died after 1790.
Children of Daniel and Jane (Johnson) Whitney, possibly incomplete:
i. Mary Whitney, b. 11 Jul 1764, Norwich, CT.[2]
