He married, 1 Jan 1850, Mount Pleasant, PA, Julia Ann Belcher, daughter of William and Sally Ann (Davy) Belcher. She was born 12 Jul 1829, Cuba, NY, and died after Mar 1874.
Phoenix says the following:
- ". . . a farmer, and dealer in stock and agricultural implements . . . . They settled in Jackson, Penn., 18 March 1850; and were living there in March 1874."
