He married firstly, 2 Feb 1714/5, Framingham, MA Martha Rice,[3] daughter of Jonathan and Elizabeth (Wheeler) Rice. He married secondly, 27 Apr 1732, Natick, MA, Elizabeth (Holbrook) Twitchell "of Sherborn",[5] daughter of John and Silence (Wood) Holbrook. She was born 22 Jul 1696, Sherborn, MA, and died 31 Mar 1782, Sherborn, MA, in 86th year.[6] She married firstly, 27 Mar 1718, Sherborn, MA, Joseph Twitchell.

- He was admitted to the church Sept. 22, 1717. They were dismissed to the Sherborn church Mar. 28, 1728, where he was chosen deacon and died.
