Lovicy6 Whitney (Barnabas5, Isaac4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), daughter of Barnabas5 and Sarah R. (Walker) Whitney, was born 31 Mar 1794, Freeport, ME, and died 1 Jan 1865, Phillips, ME.

She married 24 Aug 1824, Freeman, ME, 24 Aug 1823, Phillips, ME,[1] Otis Butterfield, son of Jesse and Lydia (Blodgett) Butterfield. He was born 30 Apr 1801, Farmington, ME, and died 30 Oct 1874, Phillips, ME.

Otis Butterfield resided in Phillips, ME, in the censuses of 1830 through 1870. He and his wife Lovicy are buried in the Riverside Cemetery, Phillips, ME.
