Family:Whitney, Lucy A. (1838-1908)

Lucy A.⁷ Whitney (Zachariah Leach⁶, Isaac L.⁶, Isaac⁵, Isaac⁴, Nathaniel³, Benjamin², John¹), daughter of Zachariah Leach⁶ and Elizabeth Cambridge (Hayden) Whitney, was born 24 Jun 1838, Raymond, ME, and died 12 Aug 1908, Bridgton, ME.

She married 27 Jun 1865, Danville, QC, Edward M. Berry. He was born 8 Nov 1836, ME, and died 2 Apr 1907, Bridgton, ME.

Both Edward and Lucy are buried in the Berry-Harmon Cemetery, Buxton, ME.

In 1860, Edward resided in Buxton, ME, where he was an artist.

Edward was a Civil War veteran. He and his widow received pensions from the U.S. government.
