Theodore A.8 Whitney (John Beadon7, Josiah6, Josiah5, David4, Benjamin3, John2, John1), son of John Beadon7 and Harriet (Cushing) Whitney, was born 29 Apr 1830, Ashby, MA,[1] and died 30 Apr 1861, Fitchburg or 1 May 1861, Ashby, MA, aged 31 years, of consumption.[2]

He married firstly, 28 Aug 1855, Fitchburg, MA, Laura W. Miller, daughter of John, Jr., and Harriet (Whitcomb) Miller.[3] She was born 26 Dec 1840, Hancock, NH, and died 5 Mar 1889. Apparently they were divorced. She married secondly, 12 Jul 1863, Leominster, MA, Charles Joy,[4] son of Samuel W. and Lucy (Farnsworth) Joy, born 15 Dec 1840, Leominster, MA.

He, of Boston, married secondly, 28 Jun 1860, Boston, MA, Ann Cecelia Andrews, of Newton, daughter of Peter and Ann (Stringtrom) Andrews.[5] She was born about 1827, England.

He was an organ maker. He resided Ashby and Fitchburg, MA.
