John Augustus9 Whitney (William H.8, Eli7, Enoch6, Moses5, Nathaniel4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of William H.8 and Anna/Annie/Ann E. (Scannell) Whitney, was born 7 Apr 1871, Boston, MA,[1] and died 7 Jul 1911, Boston, MA.

He married, 25 Mar 1894, Boston, MA, Margaret McCarthy, dau. of John and Honora (-----) McCarthy.[2] She was born about 1872, Boston, MA.
