Lorenzo M. Whitney (Levi, Lemuel), son of Levi and Sally (Metcalf) Whitney, was born 20 Feb 1824, Warwick, MA,[1] and died 9 Oct 1890, Van Orin, IL.[2]

He married firstly, 11 Jul 1850, Monson, MA, Eliza Chadwick,[3] daughter of Harvey and Mary (-----) Chadwick. She was born about 1834, Pelham, MA, and died before 1860.

He married secondly, before 1860, Mary S. -----. She was born 7 Feb 1829, MA, and died 12 Apr 1922, Van Orin, IL.[4]

Both are buried in Van Orin Repose Cemetery, Van Orin, IL.

Children of Lorenzo M. and Eliza (Chadwick) Whitney:
