Nathaniel8 Whitney (Levi7, Reuben6, Abel5, Nathan4, Nathaniel3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Levi7 and Hannah (Whitney) Whitney, was born 12 Mar 1828, and died 1876.

He "of Richmond" married, 22 Nov 1855, Portland, ME, Jane M. Sweetser "of Portland".[1] She was born about 1832, and died after 1870.

Children of Nathaniel8 and Jane M. (Sweetser) Whitney:

i. Addie W.9 Whitney, b. ca. 1857, ME.
ii. Mary C. Whitney, b. ca. 1859, ME; resided 22 Pine St., Portland, ME.
