Nelson Eddy9 Whitney (George Henry8, Henry7, Abel6, Benjamin5, Joseph4, Joseph3, Jonathan2, John1), son of George Henry8 Eliza E. (Trask)(Suliway) Whitney, was born about 1861, VT, and died after 1910.

He married firstly, 6 Aug 1881, Randolph, VT, Belle Clara Emery, daughter of Ira E. and Ellen M. (Morse) Emery. She was born 10 Jan 1863, Bethel, VT. They were divorced, and she m.(2) 20 Jul 1885, Hosea Manley.

He marreid secondly, 19 Aug 1891, Hartford, VT, Josephine Heath, daughter of Seth A. and Abigail (Durkee) Heath. She was born Nov 1860, NH, and died after 1900.

i. Raymond Lee10 Whitney, b. 1882, Randolph, VT; m. 12 Jul 1909, Greenfield, MA, Maude Helen Lent, dau. of David W. and Hattie (Gokey) Lent.[1] Children:
