Date: Tue, 14 Jun 2005 12:47:59 EDT Click Here: Check out "RootsWeb's WorldConnect Project: Butters/Dougan" Guys, I found a possible match for my ancestor, Eliza Whitney. This Ephraim Whitney was born abt. 1780 in Vermont. All of his children have birthdates that were around the time my gggg grandmother was born. She was born 18 Apr 1806 in Vermont. All of these children were born in NY. Maybe this explains this is where she met my gggg grandfather, Samuel Alonzo Arnold in New York. What do you think? Maybe u can help shed light into this. The only thing I wish I had overwhelming evidence that I could find a father and mother for Eliza Whitney. Thanks, Holly
