My Father Floyd Arthur Whitney was given up at the age of 16 months so this search has been a monumental task. I know the following condensed version. Floyd son of "Arthur Eugene Whitney" born about 1898 who was the son of Jesse Whitney born around 1820 son of Lorenzo Whitney who owned the Hotel and Racetrack discribed in the book of "The great Sodus bay" Lake Ontario East of Rochester NY "South Sodus NY.Lorenzo son of Jesse who was born 1796 in Corwall NY.From there it stops???? Any help would be great. I think I am the second to last of this line.
