Abiezer Holbrook6 Whitney (Nathan5, Benjamin4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Nathan5 and Sarah (Godfrey) Whitney, was born 29 Mar 1794, Lisbon (also recorded in Bowdoin), ME, and died 17 Jul 1865, New Orleans, LA.

He married firstly, 15 Nov 1816, Litchfield, ME, Elizabeth White, daughter of Isaac and Martha (Owen) White. She was born 21 Oct 1794, Bowdoin, ME, and died 2 Jul 1841, Augusta, ME.

He married secondly, Mrs. Susan Yeaton or Eaton, of Hallowell and/or China, ME.

He was a millwright. He resided Augusta, ME, and New Orleans, LA.
