Tryphena5 Whitney (Jonathan4, Josiah3, Jonathan2, John1), daughter of Jonathan4 and Tryphene (Daniel) Whitney, was born 9 Mar 1753, Wrentham, MA,[1] and died 9 Dec 1817, Wrentham, MA, in her 65th year.[2]
Tryphena married, 1 Nov 1770, Wrentham, MA, Abel Witherell, son of William and Mary (Pain) Witherell. He was born 3 Apr 1747, Norton, MA, and died 11 May 1822, Wrentham, MA, aged 75 years, "Revolutionary pensioner."
