Amos7 Whitney (Levi6, Jonas5, Jonas4, Moses3, Richard2, John1), son of Levi6 and Hepsibeth (Fay) Whitney, was born 1786, Rindge, NH, and died 1874.
Marriage intentions were published 6 Mar 1812, Fitchburg, MA, for him "of Leominster" and Sophia Harris.[1] He married, 2 Apr 1812, Fitchburg, MA, Sophia Harris.[2] She was born 1786, and died 1877.
Amos Whitney was born in Rindge, NH. He moved to Leominster, and married his wife in Fitchburg. In 1812 he moved to Royalston, and purchasing of Abel Downe the John Osborne place lived there ever afterward. He resided Leominster and Royalston, MA.
