Abiezer Holbrook⁶ Whitney (Nathan⁵, Benjamin⁴, John³, Benjamin², John¹), son of Nathan⁵ and Sarah (Godfrey) Whitney, was born 29 Mar 1794, ME, and died 17 Jul 1865, New Orleans, LA.

He married firstly, 1816, Litchfield, ME, Elizabeth White. She was born 21 Oct 1794, and died 2 Jul 1841.

He married secondly, Mrs. Susan Yeaton, of Hallowell, ME.

He was a millwright. He resided Augusta, ME, and New Orleans, LA.
