Hello, I am researching the Whitney's in Ontario Canada, specifically Northumberland County.

Both my GG-grandfather (Clayton Whiteny) and GG-grandmother (Ethel Maud Whitney) were Whitney's, though I don't know how they were related.

I seem to be stuck at Samuel Whitney (DOB 1953, Prince Edward County, Ontario). On his marriage certificate his listed his parents as Simon and Minerva Whitney. I think they were both from the USA.
