Be it knowne unto all menne by these Pnts That I william whitney of Mychaellchurche in the Countie of Radnor gent gave granted remised released and quiteclaymed and doe by this my pnts writhynge for and from me my heires executors administrators and allowe graunte remise release and quite clayme unto Sir Roberte Whitney of whitney in the countie of Hereforde Esq. & to his heires executors administrators and assignes All the estate righte title intereste clayme and demandes whatsoever which I the said Willm. Whitney my heires executors administrators or assignes nowe have or maye canne mighte shoulde or oughte to have of in or to the Mannor Castle and Parke of Clifforde in the said Countie of Hereforde And of in or to the Mannor and Parke of Whitney in the said Countie of Hereforde or of in or to any other the lands rents and hereditaments nowe or heretofore at any time of the said Sir Roberte Whitney or at Eustace Whitney esquire his father in Clifforde and Whitney or other of them in the said Countie of Hereforde or elsewhere in the said Countie or in the Counties of warwicke Somersete and Radnor or any of them [....] all and any rente and rente charge anuitie and anuities some and somes of money whatsoever issuinge due or payable unto me the said willm. Whitney my heires executors administrators or assignes oute of or for the said Mannor Castle Parke and prmisses or any of them or any parke or parkes thereof in by any other wayes or meanes whatsoever Itm I the said Willm. Whitney for me my heires executors administrators or assignes doe covennte and graunte to and with the said Sir Roberte Whitney his heires executors administrators and assignes by the sequits That I the said Willm.
