William Morse (Paul, Jane³ Whitney, Benjamin², John¹), son of Paul and Sarah (Sheffield) Morse, was born 19 Mar or May 1738, Holliston, MA, and died 25 Nov or 2 Dec 1826 or 29 Nov 1827, Athol, MA, aged 87 or 88 years.

He married, 8 Dec 1763, Holliston, MA, Mary Burbank, daughter of Samuel and Mary (Reed) Burbank. She was born 11 Apr 1741, Sudbury, MA, and died 6 Feb 1830, Athol, MA, aged 88 years.

v.	Olive Morse, bapt. 6 Oct 1776, Athol, MA; d. 7 Sep 1802, Athol, MA, aged 26 years; m. 30 Dec 1801, Athol, MA, Stephen Harwood.
vi.	Paul Morse, bapt. 16 May 1779, Athol, MA; d. 25 Jan 1841, Athol, MA, aged 61 years; m. 8 Sep 1803, Ashby, MA, Sally Rice.
