Jackson7 Whitney (Abraham6, Abner5, Jonas4, Eleazer3, Thomas2, John1), son of Abraham6 and Rebecca (Hudson) Whitney, was born 7 Sep 1806, Hartford, VT, and died 6 Nov 1882, Northfield, VT.
He married, Oct 1827, Chester, VT, or 15 Apr 1829, Springfield, VT, Caroline Matilda Baker.[1] She was born 7 Jul 1806, Chester, VT, and died 2 May 1890, Hyde Park, MA, aged 81 years 9 months 5 days, of asthenia.[2] She was buried in Northfield, VT.
He was a millwright and owned and conducted mills at Braintree, Northfield, West Randolph and Chester. He resided Northfield, VT.

Stephens; resided s.p. 29 Davidson St., Hyde Park, MA. He was in the First U.S. Sharpshooters during the war and participated in numerous battles. iii. John B. Whitney, b. 27 Jan 1835; m. Elizabeth Caldwell.
