Albert⁷ Whitney (Isaac⁶, Abner⁵, Jonas⁴, Eleazer³, Thomas², John¹), son of Isaac⁶ and Polly (Fairbanks) Whitney, was born 29 Jun 1826 (twin), Springfield, VT,^[1] and died 4 Jul 1899, Auburn, ME.

He married, 23 Jul 1866, Turner, ME, "Mrs." Sarah Ann (Vose) Stoddard, daughter of Ezekiel and Eliza (Farley) Stoddard. She was born about 8 May 1832, St. Johnsbury, VT, and died 25 Jan 1908. She had married firstly, 6 Jul 1856, Turner, ME, John Andrew Stoddard. They lived in Turner, ME, in 1860, with daughter Julia M., aged 2.
