Amos6 Whitney (Jonathan5, Samuel4, John3, Benjamin2, John1), son of Jonathan5 and Mary (Henden) Whitney, was born 18 Apr 1766, Bath, ME, and died Sep 1833, Bowdoinham, ME.
He married, 11 January 1798 in Bowdoinham, ME, Abigail Springer.
He was a rope spinner and died in his factory. He resided Bath and Bowdoinham, ME.
