Family:Whitney, Jacob (1756-1844)

Jacob⁶ Whitney (Abraham⁵, Abraham⁴, Moses³, Richard², John¹), born July 7, 1754; married in Boston, 30 Sep 1779, Esther Walcott, of Bolton; born 5 Mar 1761; died Dec. 18, 1837. He served in the Revolutionary army, in the Bolton company, under Capt. Sargent. He died 24 Oct 1844; resided Stow, Massachusetts.

i.	Levi Whitney, born 11 Nov 1780; has son Charles in California.
ii.	Keziah Whitney, born 11 Nov 1782; married ----- Page; resided New Salem, Massachusetts.
iii.	Josiah Whitney, born 11 Jun 1785; died 10 Aug 1823.
iv.	Jacob7 Whitney, born 8 Oct 1787; married Maria Goldsmith.
v.	Jesse Whitney, born 26 Jan 1790; married Rebecca Newell.
vi.	Abraham Whitney, born 6 Jan 1794; died 16 Oct 1815.
vii.	Lydia Whitney, born 5 Aug 1796.
viii.	Isaac Whitney, born 4 Dec 1798; married Marcia J. Barclay.
ix.	Eunice Whitney, born 8 Nov 1807; married Eliakam Hutchings, of Westford, Massachusetts Ch.: Whitney, resided Templeton, Massachusetts; Milo, resided Billerica; Carrie, married Emery J. Whitney; resided Littleton, Massachusetts; Newtoen; resided Lowell, Massachusetts.
