Nathan⁷ Whitney (Abijah⁶, Joseph⁵, John⁴, Joseph³, John², John¹), son of Abijah⁶ and Lydia (Stearns) Whitney, was born 30 Apr 1786, Weston, MA, and died 11/12/14 Jun 1823, Concord or Weston, MA, aged 37 years.^[1]

He married, 26 Jul 1807, Waltham, MA, Martha Stearns, daughter of Ishmael and Mercy (Jenkinson) Steanrs. She was born 24 Aug 1791,^[2] Waltham, MA, and died 30 Aug 1855, Lincoln, MA.

He was a cordwainer; resided Waltham, Lincoln, and Concord, Massachusetts.
