Sarah Cody (Mary Whitney4, Mark3, Benjamin2, John1), daughter of Joseph, Jr., and Mary4 (Whitney) Cody, was born 7 Dec 1756, Hopkinton, MA,[1] and died 1829, Ontario County, NY.[2]

She married firstly, 17 May 1781, Hopkinton, MA, William Fanning, son of James and Anne (-----) Fanning. He was born circa 1758, Hopkinton, MA, and died 1787, Peru, MA.

She married secondly, after 1790, James Lewis. He was born say 1756.
